This charming cabin is tucked away on 4.8 wooded acres on "Lake of the Woods" a serene little lake, 46 acres in size and 55 feet deep! A long winding driveway through the mature trees leads to you a lovely setting with a cabin owned by the seller for nearly 40 years. Loons and Swans are often seen on the lake. Fish are present. All personal property is included in the sale. Some repairs are needed including the well (currently not connected or functioning) and possibly pressure tank and water heater landscaping steps, basement needs some work etc.. This is being sold "as is" and is not represented as a 4-season dwelling, due to unknown amount of insulation and lack of efficient heat source. Adjoining property also listed for sale (MLS#6104207).
